I know, I know … So very cliche. Another blogger talking about how much they love Autumn right!? Sorry, I love Autumn as well.
What do I love about Autumn? I will let these photos taken in my yard speak for themselves!
From mother nature’s canvas of colors, to the Evergreen Tree that stands tall and resolute, to the gorgeous colors of the leaves on the ground.
I love Autumn! I love that on this day it was drizzling perfectly for the colors of nature to really pop! I love the rain, it makes me happy, and a drizzly fall day makes me even happier! I love the moss peeking out from under the leaves in this last photo – a sign of life beneath the fallen leaves! Above that, the last of my Marigold Flowers that are still thriving in my otherwise desolate garden space.
Everything has its time, and it’s season, as the song goes, but I love that “in between phase” that Autumn brings us. Not all is alive, yet not all is dead either! It is the perfect fusion, the perfect limbo.
These photos are unedited other than using different flashes on my camera. In most, I used no flash and let the natural lighting of the world do its work. Isn’t it miraculous! No sepia used, although in the third photo up from the bottom, of the seedling pods hanging from the tree, you would almost think so!
Sure, I may be cliche, another girl in love with Fall, but finding beauty in the beauty of nature, and the change of season is one reason I love life! Which reminds me of a previous post I wrote not too long ago, where I shared in the last photo a plaque with the Last Song of Bilbo Baggins. I hope you will go read it because I simply can not say it better myself!
Are you too a “cliche” person? What is your favorite season? Do you also adore the Autumn? Tell me about it in the comments, please!
