I love my pets.
My pets are family to me, which means I sense when they are less active when they are bored, and when they need some inspiration in their lives.
Every pet has their own personality.
Some are more active and find ways to play throughout the day, while others are mellow and sometimes lazy.
Other pets just get bored easily and need new stimulation.

I have three cats, Tibet, Nub, and Pumpkin.
Tibet is our eldest and more reserved.
Nub is our lazy cat that needs more stimulation to stay active.
Pumpkin, our youngest cat is the most playful, and easily finds ways to stay active and stimulated throughout the day.
I will say that Pumpkin does help keep Nub active by chasing him, they are good buddies.
Tibet, I do worry about sometimes because she is less social, and tends to stay away from the other two cats.
Right away Nub and Pumpkin are intrigued!
A durable toy consisting of three levels of exciting play, each level includes its own circular track and ball.
Non-skid pads keep track from sliding around as cats bat and play.
Spinning and rotating action of the balls entices cats to play.
Great fun for a single cat or multiple cats.
(Measures 10″ diameter x 5″ high)
Nub was the brave one, getting right into it.
He seemed to think there was something down in the middle.
You can see he is “on guard” as he looks into the deep chasm, with his fur prickling up.
To my dismay, soon all three cats were right there inspecting the new addition to our home.
This was amazing because our Tibet does not socialize well so it was nice to see all three of them together.
Our brave Nub, the only male cat, decided to take first swipe.
The Petstages Tower of Tracks was completely engaging for Nub from the get-go, he played with it for over an hour, non-stop! I had never seen Nub so clearly enjoying himself!
He got plenty of exercise.
Then Pumpkin got back into the game.
She was timid at first.
Her face looked as if she was worried it would attack her, but she built up her confidence, which was lovely to see.
Approaching cautiously …
With a little encouragement from her Nub. The two of them played together.
And took turns …
I do believe Nub was trying to impress Pumpkin with his skills.
Eventually, Nub became so enthralled with the Tower of Tracks that he forgot about his socialization with Pumpkin.
Pumpkin was curiously watching while Nub learned the ins and outs of the tracks.
So many choices!
So much fun!
Finally, Nub realized he was hogging the toy and let Pumpkin have another turn.
You can tell Nub is doing his best to be a gentleman but he really just wants back in the action!
This went back and forth for a good part of the afternoon!
Pumpkin mostly watched, trying to pick up a few tricks and tips from Nub.
Still a little timid, but gaining her bravery.
She has realized it does not bite.
Tower of Tracks serves many purposes in getting cats active again.
It develops play skills, tracking skills, and social skills.
Not to mention great exercise for the more laid back cat.
Then we have that one cat … Tibet just prefers to play with the box the Tower of Tracks came in!
Later in the day, after Nub was fully tuckered out, Pumpkin got some alone time with the new toy.
I watched her for a good 20 minutes, all alone with the toy, exploring, and gaining confidence.
It is so surprising to me, how much happiness this human got out of the Tower of Tracks!
While my cats each approached it with their own individual style, I too benefited from the joy watching my cats each take on a new experience, that was different for each of them.
You can purchase the Petstages Tower of Tracks from Chewy.com currently only $15.99 and it is well worth every penny!

Update October 2017: While our sweet dear Pumpkin is no longer with us, Tibet is now playing with the Tower of Tracks and she loves it. Nub refused to play with it for a good month or longer. Then he began to play with it again. I am sure he knows it was his thing he did with his best friend Pumpkin. Now both of our kitties go full force with this cat toy and it is holding up so well. It is still like new. Even Link plays with it sometimes. It’s also a great interactive toy for us humans to play with our pets as well! We love it!
