I love mixing style aesthetics.

What is fashion anyway if we can’t have a little fun?

Today we are revisiting Anna-Kaci in a whole new way from last week’s Fashion Focus.

Last week Anna-Kaci brought us wedding guest fashion.

This week, we are doing a mix mash of edgy boho style with a classic twist.

Anna-Kaci Edgy Boho with a Classic Twist

Disclosure: This is a collaboration between Fashion Beyond Forty and Anna-Kaci. I received product and or payment for this Fashion Focus, however, I only promote brands I personally love. All opinions are my own. Affiliate links are used in this post.

The cotton peasant dress is the backbone of this look with a lace ruffle hem, and flouncy sleeves it is so romantic and bohemian in style.

Edgy meets Boho Meets Classic

From Anna-Kaci this short dress with ruffle bell sleeves, lace, embroidery, floral design is perfect for styling with combat boots for a street savvy look.

Womens Cotton Peasant Lace dress

I adore the detailing on the bodice!

It is very stretchy with a floral design on it.

As you can see the dress is lined almost all the way down leaving just a little see through area at the bottom right above the hemline.

Lacy Romantic Dress

I am also in love with the sleeves.

There is so much detail on this dress to love.

I continued my styling my edgy boho look (with a classic twist) with cute bracelets and a classic style chunky statement necklace with complimenting floral features. The necklace is from Houda and comes in multiple colors.

The best part is this statement necklace is only $9.99 – gotta love that!

Classic Floral Chunky Statement Necklace

My bracelets come from various places that I have collected over time but the beaded bracelet is from SashkaCo.

They have gorgeous seed bead bracelets inexpensive enough to buy a stack of. Plus the wonderful women who make these bracelets are keeping their families out of poverty by doing so! Check them out!

I often shop SashkaCo when I have the itch for retail therapy but do not want to spend too much!

Oh, but we are missing just one more thing that is hinted at in the photo above.

This item makes the home-run when it comes to pulling the classic part of this styling together.

Remember I said edgy boho with a classic twist and here it is…

The bag!

Granted the chunky necklace is a bit classic too with the rose designs.

Guess Bag

I grabbed this from Ebags dirt cheap a few years ago. You must check out their clearance section to snag deals like this!

Multi Aesthetic Styling

Fashion should be fun, whimsical, and make you feel unique.

I love all types of styles from classic to grunge.

Blending allows me to feel more me.

Street savvy look blended with romantic

We can’t forget about the boots!

When I ordered these it was a surprise for a friend but she had bought her own before they arrived.

She told me to keep them.

At the time I really was not into combat styled boots.

I had no idea what I was missing!

I have worn them in other blog posts and always get compliments on them in the comments.

These boots from Daily Shoes have been a staple in my shoe wardrobe.

I wear them frequently. More than any other shoes I own.

They have held up very well and if I ever wear them out, I will be buying the exact same pair again!

I think I will go order them in brown right now actually!

For $26.00 they are absolutely a steal!

I just can not get over the pretty hemline of this dress though.

I love how it is dual tiered with delicate lace trim.

So pretty and we simply must have another look at the bag.

I really can not tell you how much you need to be shopping Ebags!

What to buy:

The Dress

The Boots

The Necklace

The Seed Bead Bracelet

The Bag (shop ebags for similar)

So what are you thinking of this look?

Too much?

Just right?

Way out there?

Totally fun?

Let me know your thoughts in the comments please and don’t hold back! I love hearing from my readers and what you think about fashion.

What a super cute, fun, practical look! I could totally see myself wearing something like this because it’s not too girly. I love that you paired it up with rugged footwear.

Haha collecting bags is a wonderful hobby. Yes hobby – it qualifies right? The dress is even prettier in person. I find black very difficult to photograph. Thanks for checking it out!
