Alright, ladies, it’s time to put our big girl panties on and talk about a serious issue an alarming number of us face. No not those urine absorbing gigantic big girl panties. In fact, wouldn’t it be nice to be able to wear your pretty lace underwear again? With Apex®M you can fix bladder leakage and say goodbye to pads and ugly absorbent underwear!

I know what you are thinking: “Oh sure, another advertisement for yet another way to deal with bladder leaks.” I thought the same when I was approached by In Control Medical, the creators of this revolutionary medical decice. The difference is huge, however. Apex®M does not absorb anything! What it does do is stimulate your pelvic muscle floor to fix the issue instead of collecting the issue in your underwear.

Apex®M is a medical device that treats the cause of your female urinary incontinence by strengthening weak pelvic floor muscles and calming an overactive detrusor muscle.

The secret is getting as close to the pelvic floor as possible and stimulating the right muscles while providing physical resistance for the exercise to build muscle.

This device does just that!

I Am Speaking From Personal Experience:

The fact is, I have dealt with bladder leakage for well over a decade.

If you have read other articles here on the blog you know I love to laugh.

My mother and I can not go out in public without breaking into major fits of laughter due to something one of us says or does.

Both of us deal with bladder leaks and having to run to the nearest bathroom!

Add my daughter into the mix it almost becomes a contest to see if she can make one, or both of us pee our pants.

Point is, I know what I am talking about when it comes to the frustrations of a leaky bladder.

What Causes Bladder Leakage?

Fact is, even younger women are prone to bladder leaks if they have given birth.

Childbirth totally weakens the pelvic muscles and the more kids you have had, the more likely you are to experience loss of bladder control.

For that matter, pregnancy in and of itself can cause it.

Another cause is menopause.

Other causes are weak or overactive bladder muscles.

Nerve damage may also cause urinary incontinence.

Urinary leakages is common but it is also treatable!

So you are not alone, but you do not have to be “older” to experience it either.

I used to think that only elderly women needed bladder control panties.

Was I wrong!

At least I do not see myself as old but yet the problem exists.

So let’s get on with more info about Apex®M and on your way to feeling free again, like me!

If you have to ask you must be good at them.

I for one am not.

Not only am I never sure if I am doing them correctly, the truth is, I do not do them regularly.

Sure I get started on my Kegel routine, for a day, maybe three tops, then I stop.

Are you with me on this?

Yes, you can do them at your desk at work, or laying in bed before you fall asleep, but do you?

Most women admit that they are not persistent enough about maintaining a schedule.

Don’t Be Intimidated.

I know it can be scary to try something new.

When I first saw the product I thought “Wow that looks intimidating”.

After receiving my Apex®M, following the easy instructions, and using it, I laughed at myself for being worried.

It is not a sexually stimulating device so don’t be shy.

The Apex®M is a medical device that really works.

I found using it far easier than doing Kegels and I could tell it was working.

It was nice to know for sure that it was, in fact, doing what it was supposed to.

Sorry, but I would get so frustrated doing Kegels not knowing if I was doing it right with absolutely no way to tell for sure.

Then not to feel, or see any results from them.

I think that is why most women stop doing Kegels in the first place.

With Apex®M there is no doubt that it is working, both from the way it feels because they tell you how it will feel and due to the actual results

I would love to hear from you in the comments.

I don’t normally experience bladder leaks but every woman has them now and again! With a big fit of laughter or dancing or exercising it sometimes just happens, I guess! This product seems so smart . . . fixing the actual problem instead of dealing with the consequences.

Indeed Ann! I love the idea of fixing the issue instead of compensating for it. Even if your leaks are not terrible starting on the ApexM now will make sure it does not get worse!

I am passing this on to a very important woman in my life. I haven’t had these issues but I know it is hard. I know it happens a lot when she sneezes, when she is laughing, and also when she is playing with the kids jumping/running. This looks like a great product and takes out a lot of the embarrassing parts!

    • June 14, 2018 / 12:11 pm

Thank you so much for sharing with her Shelley! It isn’t fun to hold back on playing with our kids due to this irritating issue!

I’m passing this along to some of my older cousins who have had little ones recently. I know they’ve talked about the changes postpartum left behind and some of the inconveniences that come with them, like unexpected leakage. Our bodies are wonderlands but sometimes they can be embarrassing

Indeed Aitza! Our bodies are amazing but sometimes we deal with things we should not have to. Thank you so much for sharing this article with your cousins!

This will make many women’s lives so much easier (and less humiliating). I did not know they even had something like this. I agree, they are such a better alternative to pads.

    • June 14, 2018 / 12:13 pm

I had no idea myself until they contacted me! I am so glad that they did!!! I have used pads for years and am very thankful for them as they did well BUT I want to FIX the problem not just put a bandage on it.
