Keep Stress Away With Arts and Crafts:
One of my daughter’s and my favorite ways to limit stress is to work on arts and crafts.
It is the perfect time of year to do holiday related crafts or just set aside some time to decompress with adult coloring books.
Coloring books are fun at any age and allows you to shift your focus to something other than worries.
It is also a wonderful way to spend time with the kids or grandkids while they color in their own coloring books.
Keep Stress Away With Exercise:
I have practiced yoga for a long time however I had never been to an actual class.
Recently I started attending classes and it helps, a lot!
Not only does yoga help with multiple body pains and issues, but it clears my mind and helps me eliminate daily stressful factors.
I have been in search of a great yoga mat and of course Amazon has a lot to select from.
If you are new to yoga, need a refresher or just want to practice in your home check out this mat!
Keep Stress Away With Essential Oils:
Aromatherapy has been proven to help with anxiety and depression, especially when you use the right type of oils.
Some of the best oils to use are Frankincense, Lavender, Lemon, and some speciality blends.
One of my favorite blends is called Worry Free Synergy Blend.
You can use essential oils as a massage oil when combined with a carrier oil or you can use them in a diffuser.
Lemon has been known to uplift spirits and energize if you are more in need of that.
Keep Stress Away With a Good Night’s Sleep:
A good night’s sleep is essential to our well-being, we all know that.
Yet, so many of us can’t seem to turn our minds off to get one!
SleepPhones are an excellent way to get to sleep fast.
Whether you prefer to listen to music, nature sounds, or guided meditations, SleepPhones are the way to go.
They are super comfortable and made for sleeping, unlike those uncomfortable earbuds.
Keep Stress Away With a Relaxing Bath:
Taking time out for yourself is of great value.
Shut the world out and take a long soak in a relaxing bath.
I have always loved Bath and Body Works Stress Relief Eucalyptus and Spearmint bath products.
Essential oil infused and not tested on animals.
Use these ideas and feel better this holiday season.
